All Returns Must Be In
Their Original Packaging
We will not accept returns that are not in their original packaging. Returns
that are not in their original packaging, labels, etc will not be processed or
accepted. All items must be returned as they were shipped with labels still on
the bottles. Do not attempt to return the item to us with the product in
anything else besides the original container.
We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of mail return with online tracking. We are not be responsible for returns that do not make it back to us.
Re-Ordering Kimbango Constitutes Satisfaction with the product, thus rendering the Guarantee Policy Null & Void
We are not able to refund any orders over 30 days old.
